This policy explains what information PetZync collects through this website and the PetZync app, and how we use it. Please review and adapt this text with your own legal advice before launch.

Website

• Downloads and visits: we count downloads and page visits. We store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself), the time, and your browser type so we can count unique downloads.
• Pre-orders: your name, email, phone, city, delivery address, pet type, quantity and notes, used only to process your pre-order and contact you about it.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, used to reply to you.

App

• Usage: the app sends a random install ID, the app version and platform when it opens, so we can count active users. It does not include your name or location.
• Pet location: tracker location is shown only to you and the people you share a pet with.
