Is the PetZync app free?
Yes. The app is free to download and use. You need a PetZync tracker on your pet's collar for live location tracking.
Do I need to pay to pre-order?
No. Pre-ordering only reserves your tracker. We'll contact you with the final price and delivery date before anything is charged.
Is there an iPhone version?
PetZync is available on Android today. The iPhone version is coming soon – pre-order or contact us and we'll let you know when it launches.
Why does Android warn me when installing?
When an app is installed directly from our website instead of the Play Store, Android asks you to allow the install. This is normal – only download PetZync from this website.
Can my family see my pet too?
Yes. You can share a pet with family members so everyone can see the location and care notes.
What happens to my data?
Your pet's location is only visible to you and the people you share with. Read our privacy policy for details.
